Milwaukee Wedding Weekend

The weekend of July 6-8, we had the pleasure of going up to Milwaukee for Kyle and Angela Kaldahl's wedding.  This was wedding #8 for us this summer and we loved every minute of it!

We carpooled to Milwaukee with Benjy Heins, Sarah Heins, Jeremy Jank and Danny Frastaci in Benjy's van.  Benjy and Jon were business students with Kyle at Concordia and Jeremy and Danny were on the tennis team with Jon and Kyle.  Sarah Heins (Benjy's sister) is dating Kyle's younger brother, Joel, so she joined us as well.  :)  Chelsea's close friend, Val, flew one way to Milwaukee so she joined us as well as one of Jon's college roommates, Carson, who flew in from New York.  Did you get all that?  :)  The eight of us stayed in two rooms together at a hotel so it was fun to hang out when we weren't busy with wedding stuff as well.  

Jon was an usher in the wedding so he had the pleasure of going to the rehearsal and then our entire group got to attend the rehearsal dinner which was amazing food.  Thanks Kaldahl parents!

Kyle and Angela did the same thing we did at our wedding: in order for the happy couple to kiss, someone/people had to sing a song with the word "love" in it.  It took us too long to debate over what song we were going to sing and all of our options were taken, so we decided to sing, "Deck the Halls." Jeremy added the love... :)

This is a video of "The Interlude."  Kyle taught this dance at our wedding so naturally, he taught it at his wedding.  This video is the second time they played the song at the reception so people knew what to do.

Kyle would always do this during tennis practice every time he would hit a good shot.  It became a classic Kyle dance move at the reception.
